We had a very nice service. The minister (me) didn't give too long of a sermon and the music was well played even though we had the second string doing the playing. We all enjoyed coffee or juice and treats afterward. The conversation was stellar as usual. I even was able to fit in a brief counseling session for a younger member of our parish.
The child had attempted to smuggle some soap bubbles out of the church without permission. He and I had a nice heartfelt talk in nave of the church. Apologies were given and all was well. I just hope that all of my counseling sessions go so well.
