Mentor

I spent yesterday afternoon with my mentor Wendy in Grinnell.  She walked me through the Eucharist and I feel much more comfortable with that part of the service.  I have several books on it but it is really helpful to talk through the steps.  She is a very kind and patient person and I have really appreciated her help.

We continue to plan for my ordination.  I am of course apprehensive about "the day" and I so look forward to getting through it.  That sounds bad when I put it on paper.  Ordination is the result of many years of study and prayer and meetings and money,  and I pray it all goes well.
