I love our bible study. I almost always leave the meeting feeling energized, and ready to roll up my sleeves. Our typical format is that we begin with a prayer and then read the lessons for the next Sunday. We then read an interpretation from a program called Synthesis CE and respond to questions that are designed to make you think. We are all pretty comfortable with each other and open to a real variety of points of view. There is a bit of friendly ribbing that goes on as well. We do have serious discussions but we also laugh a lot. I am pretty convinced that God has a sense of humor.
