There are so many people to pray for. I know of a couple who are trying to adopt. I have a relative who just lost her husband. I have my own health issues. Everyone I know could use a prayer. Does it help. I think it does. If nothing else it keeps us connected on a personal level with the people we pray for. We are all part of God's family and that is what family does. They look out for each other. Maybe we should be praying for God. God knows he/she has his/her share of troubles.
